My missing words: I wish I was slimmer, I want to be more fit, I wish I was less sensitive, I haven't got any money, I haven't got enough confidence, if only I could lose weight, if only my bum was smaller, if only my boobs were bigger, I haven't got anything to wear that I feel confident in, I am too emotional, I can't do anything because of my health, I can't give up sugar because I need it, If I had money I would feel better, If I looked more attractive I would feel better, If I looked more like celebrities in magazines I would feel better, I'm not confident enough.
Your words may differ from mine or they may be very similar. Either way, it's an unhelpful way to think and it destroys your confidence from the inside out and stops you being happy.
There are a lot of different things that contribute to the way we feel and think and it's making sense of these and changing our mindset that changes the way we feel.
