How do I know if this is for me?
If you want to feel better, be more naturally confident in yourself, but are scared to try something new and nervous of the unknown then this is for you. If you are not living the life of your dreams then this is for you.
I know you're scared but you can do this!
What makes this programme different and what makes you think it will work for me?
It's simple, small step by step, non-scary methods that change your mindset and the way you feel forever. I work from the inside out, giving personal guidance to you, making you feel completely supported and not alone.
I understand the conversations that go on in your head that hold you back every day. The conversations in your head that make you unhappy.
Who are your clients and who will T00lKit (with two zeros instead of o's) work for?
I work mainly with women aged between 25-50, lacking in confidence in a small or large way, who want to feel better than they currently do, physically and mentally.
I've also helped people with the following challenges:-
- Panic attacks
- Eating disorders
- M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
Are you a counsellor then?
No, I'm NOT a counsellor or a psychiatrist. I'm a fitness and body confidence and mindset specialist, dedicated to to helping people change their lives one THOUGHT at a time, creating a community of support and non-judgment.
Why is T00lkit spelt with two zeros instead of two o's?
The two zeros referres to the re-set of our minds and recalibration of our metabolism that happens as a part of this process.
I'm nervous of working in a group with people I don't know, how many people will there be in the workshops?
If you sign up to try a free taster workshop the spaces are limited to 15, as are the group workshops on the programme. This is enough people so that you don't feel like all the attention is on you and if you need to hide at the back at times then you can. This is also few enough people that I can give the value, and attention to you to ultimately help you change your life. It is not too many people that you feel so overwhelmed and anxious.
What should I wear to my free taster workshop?
Something you feel comfortable in. Leggings, bottoms, t-shirt or vest. Gym clothes are fine. Trainers if you have them.
What type of exercise will there be then?
There won't be anything that you can't do. Everyone will work at their own level. Half the session will be physical, working at your level in your time, with my guidance and support, step by step. Half the session will be practical/worksheet exercises as well as talking from me. The specific type of exercises we do will depend on you, some yoga (which you DO NOT need to be flexible at all, or have any experience, so don't worry whatever your level), and some non-contact loosely based martial arts exercises (again, no experience necessary). You work at your own level and ability, but at the same time, you will never feel like you're less than anyone else :)
What's it like working with you?
Check out my success stories page to see what different experiences other people like you, have had working with me.
What experience do you have that means you think you can help me?
I was bullied all through school and in many of my jobs felt victimised or picked on. I've spent much of my life focussing so heavily on my insecurities, struggling with self doubt, neverending conversations in my head that just seem to go around in circles. I struggled to be ok with who I was, trying to be what I thought I should be. I was literally so stressed all the time. I used to feel sick about going to work and seeing people I felt victimised by. Often it wasn't even anything they'd said specifically, it was more the looks, and the atmosphere. It impacted my health for twenty years. Someone could say one negative thing to me and I would be in pieces for days. I was so upset when I felt that someone was displeased with me and always tried to workout what I had done wrong. I had to stop and rethink. I have put all my experience together in order to help people in a way that I wish I could have been helped twenty years ago. As someone who literally had no confidence or self belief when I eventually became a fitness instructor and personal trainer I was able to start helping other people change the way they felt about themselves. It made them feel included and valued and supported.
If you're done with excuses and you're ready to be brave and take that first small step, I know I that I can help you.
Ok, but I have more questions can I contact you?
Of course! Congratulations on taking action. Do email me on firstname.lastname@example.org and I will be happy to answer any questions. There is no such thing as a silly question either so please don't worry - N
